How Has 4-H Changed Your Life
Who may enter? Any 4-H member, ages 9-19, can enter.
Purpose Videos will be showcased on the New Mexico 4-H Centennial Facebook and webpage, catchtheclover.nmsu.edu for NM 4-H promotional purposes. Winners receive a scholarship to a State 4-H Event of their choice.
Categories Novice 9-11, Junior 12-13, Senior 14-19
Entry Fee There is no fee.
Subject matter Video should reflect appropriate subject matter benefitting the 4-H program. Video must reflect how 4-H has changed or made an impact on the 4-H members life. Video must be 2 minutes in length and not exceed 4 minutes in length including credits. Video must be the work of the 4-H member taken during the current 4-H program year.
Judges Professional videographers will judge the contest. Decision of the judges will be final.
Entry rules Members may submit one entry. Each entry must have an entry form. These forms are available from any New Mexico County Extension Office or at catchtheclover.nmsu.edu. Photo release forms must be submitted to the State 4-H Office for everybody appearing in the video. These are available for download at catchtheclover.nmsu.edu. No copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) may be used for this contest. Video must be submitted on a CD, DVD or flash drive. Video will not be returned! If you want to keep your video, please retain a copy.
Deadline Entries must be in the State 4-H Office by October 31, 2012. Send to the State 4-H Office, MSC 3AE, New Mexico State University, Box 30003, Las Cruces, NM 88003-8003.
